I was so worried trying to find a GOOD Vet, close to home in Burleson because there are a lot of shady, ignorant and just plain stupid vets in Crowley and Burleson...I had been to 4 and they ALL were Horrible!!!
My prayers have been answered with Banfield!
I am Soooo impressed (and relieved) that I found an AMAZING VET. at Banfield... Dr. Williams, Vet Tech-Ms. Michelle, and Nail Tech - Darian and the office staff was Soooo nice. Y'all were all so very kind, patient, caring, non judgemental and it was just a very very good visit. Y'all have me and my baby Flex- For Life!!!! Thank you so much!!

I do love the staff and the people there for my animals care, but the Optimum Wellness Plan that part only wants money. I called on August 12th to our Banfield to tell them our cat had passed and I needed to cancel the OWP that was with her. They didnt give me any further directions but stated that they will do that. We found out that we were still being charged 2 months later. My husband called the OWP number to tell them that we spoke with Banfield and told them to cancel it but OWP stated that they should have told us that we needed to call or cancel via the app....also since it was an annual plan and not monthly they had us pay $90 dollars to cancel...but they turned off the autorenew. We weren't informed anything and so now with the money from the hospitalization for our cat before she passed at another hospital (which this Plan didn't cover) we are out another $194.00 to pay out a plan for our beautiful cat that has been gone for almost 2 months. Just get an outside insurance plan it can cover more for just as much.

Brought in both my cats in the morning for a drop off and pick up later after their shots. Which has been the norm since the pandemic. But this time the assistant said it should not take long you can stay in the lobby. It wasn’t long at all. She came out with my cats in their carrier and moments later the Vet came out to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I had one concern and the vet addressed it. But the odd thing is why did this exchange have to happen in the lobby in front of everyone else when there used to be a logical protocol, we, the pet owners were allowed in the exam rooms? Can we have our questions and concerns part of our visit put back in the exam rooms please.

I took my cat in for treatment of a UTI; very routine condition. At 9:00 that night she was dead.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
