- MMMikhail MaximovMar 20, 20261.0Yesterday our dog Jessie had a grooming appointment. When I picked her up, the quality of the grooming was terrible. First, the haircut was very uneven. Second, she wasn’t even properly washed after the grooming — she was still covered in loose hair. As soon as I picked her up, I was covered in fur as well. This is extremely poor quality service, and I will not be using your services again. Additionally, I’m not able to see my dog before completing the payment. I pay for the service and tip first, and only afterward can I evaluate the quality. I believe this process should be reconsidered.
