I tried making an appointment for my cat to get his shots and they sent me to a different location and never notified me and nor gave me information of the actual location when I asked. I made a second appointment and apparently they went off my cats name?? Said that the appointment was made and would contact me after asking for all of my info. I found out that my old roommate got the texts and didn't know what it was for. I called twice to confirm my appointment and the second time I called, they said my roommate had to call and transfer MY cat to me. Then today I called again and they said they canceled and gave my appointment to someone else. THIS STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL!
