  This was my first time using grooming services here and it was very frustrating. I booked a 2:30 appointment, arrived on time and was told it would take 4–5 hours because of other dogs waiting so my dogs have to be in the cage waiting for 4-5 hours. I would be ok for waiting a little bit but Expecting dogs to sit in cages for hours is also not okay, especially without warning owners. My dogs not used to be in the cage for hours. Poor scheduling and lack of transparency. Would never go there and recommended.

  The staff here truly went above and beyond – deeply touched! I recently visited this Petco during an incredibly difficult time after learning my cat needed to be put down soon. The general manager and one of the dog trainers showed me the most extraordinary compassion – they patiently walked me around the entire store, helped me find everything I needed to make my cat's last weeks comfortable, hugged me, and even helped load everything into my car. That level of genuine human kindness in a retail store is something I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  Leelu, was phenomenal helping me and my husband and our big girl, Nahla, with a bath, full services, above and beyond professional. It is so hard to give a Rhodesian Ridgeback/ Mastiff a bath, and they have the most clean store. Leelu was phenomenal and they went above and beyond to set up and also recommend healthier bone alternatives. A+++++++++

  Everyone was welcoming as soon as we entered. An associate offered to help me make a decision on some clippers. They even went the extra mile to show my kiddos a new pet eel they had received. My boys were over the moon and it was more than just a “to do” stop. The check out associate was kind and very helpful.
