I have sick cat and a prescription for food and they refuse to help. I can’t buy it unless I get their veterinary to look at the prescription. So their employees tell me to come back tomorrow. Then their vetco is closed. Terrible customer service, train your staff better. Don’t waste their time

- MMMellyMar 16, 20261.0If you want pet grooming, pay the amount you will here for a proper personal groomer. The staff is nice enough there - they work well, but the service is really abysmal. 100 dollars for no real work done is not worth it.
