I consistently pay for the deluxe package for my large, long-haired dog, yet she’s only being groomed for about one hour. Anyone with a big dog knows that proper washing, drying, and grooming takes much longer than that. This has now happened more than three times. As a long-time customer, I expected better care and consideration. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust their service or the people who work here.
