    We have been taking our dog here for 2 years and most of the times they have done a good job. However, beware when they are busy they will NOT take their time with your dog and just find the easiest way to groom him/her. Our miniature schnauzer has never looked worse after a groom!

    The store is very clean, and cute. The treats and toys on offer are very high quality. The cake I commissioned for my dog is impeccably perfect, and the service was friendly and sincere. Very impressed.

    Cheaper than PetSmart grooming services and better value! My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but the owners and people who work here go out of their way to make sure your dog feels comfortable. They always brief me afterwards on how he did and text me when it is time to pick him up.

    The owner greeted us immediately and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Though they had no cat products at the time, the owner asked us what kind of products I'd be interested in seeing there, getting an idea of what stock they might want to include in the future for other animals. Great engagement from the owner and look forward to stopping by in the future for any pet supplies!
