- WLW LouOct 18, 20241.0Went Westlake store on Bee Caves Rd on 10/15 for annal vaccination and prescription for my dog. They sent the prescription through email after. Both of the prescriptions they made mistakes and Costco pharmacy called them and I called them, they refused to fix their mistakes on the phone and told me I had to go back in person in two weeks to talk to the vet to fix. The Nextguard prescription they put quantity of 0 and refill of 0. The Heartguard prescription they prescribed the weight as 1-25 lbs, but my dog they weighed as 28 lbs. Very frustrating.
