The manager Darrell, doesn't seem to know their own company policies and is just blantely rude, when they don't have to. Another customer had to explain their online pickup process to me because of just how abrasive they were being. Not to mention, Petsmart is significantly cheaper. Keep your good energy flowing and just go somewhere else.
