- DBDane BOct 18, 20251.0Extremely strange experience here. I bought some dog food and realized I forgot something so I turned around before I got to the door and walked back to the register. I go and stand at the register with the item I needed and the guy working the register picks up his phone and starts murmuring to whoever was on the other end. He then walks off talking to whoever he was speaking to. For a brief second I thought it was a joke but I watched this guy start walking around the store on the phone while I’m standing at the register like some kind of moron trying to buy something. Insanely bizarre and disrespectful.

I avoided this location for many years due to the odor and health hazard. I heard it had been remodeled so I ventured over to it a couple of months ago. The products seemed far better quality but not enough to justify the massive increase in pricing. Unfortunately, the store still smells awful and the floors are still disgusting. I can't imagine why the floors haven't been removed and replaced completely. And, sadly, they still sell animals sourced from unethical facilities and many seemed neglected and unwell. It was overall a disappointing trip and I left without buying anything and without any intention to ever return.

The animal enclosures were actually correct in tailored to the specific animal in them. Wish I lived closer so I can make this my main.
