Both the vet and tech treated my dog like family. Which she is my family. After the vet did the exam, the diagnosis wasn't what we had originally thought and there was a different treatment plan. The cost was adjusted, which was nice. ( it felt like our previous vet charged for air) This has been our 2nd visit and I will continue taking my girl for all of her health needs.

And if you truly thought Beth was a thief, why did you wait a month and THEN NEXT TIME SHE'S SHOPPING at your store thinking everything is ok, the manager Bryan and 2 workers Ira and Kimberly come tell her she's "banished " from the Great Hills Petco. Beth cried for weeks after this incident. The chameleon we bought here before they decided they hated my aunt, George, was aggressive and ended up passing away, sadly. And one of the crested geckos ran away. I don't think this is a nice pet store.
