She understood the struggles of being a new pet owner, and being overwhelmed by the endless options of food and litter it’s a lot of trial and error and it felt daunting. Ashley was incredible; she was so empathetic and actually listened to my concerns about what my pet would actually tolerate. Even though I was on a strict time crunch this morning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find such genuine, "above and beyond" service. She made a stressful morning so much easier. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my pet needs!

We have been their clients since 2022 coming every week for nail trimming and teeth brushing for over three years. However, they refused service to us today because our dog has a neck injury and can not be restrained at the neck. In the past they had cut his nails while holding him by his shoulder harness, but today manager Ashley told us that they can no longer do that and that therefore they could not see our dog anymore. This is very disappointing since we have been long term costumer of them. We have cancelled our Petco membership and won’t shop with them anymore. Encourage you to do that same.

Nice at checkout and I thought it was cute they were having a photo with Santa event. I noticed this location also had a groomer and vet :)
