I LOVE THE PET WASH STATION!! I love how big this location is and all the wonderful products. The young lady at the register was very friendly. As a retail management leader myself, my recommendation would be to move the check out register to face the customers coming in. Its more welcoming to your guest when eye contact can be made upon them entering. Its also safer and will help reduce shrink from theft. Its odd to have the register around the corner from the entrance. Its a big move, I realize, but its most beneficial to your business and customers. I wish there was a pet wash station in a Petco closer to Cedar Park. Best wishes to you and your staff.

I initially wanted to give this location 3 stars, but added an extra one because the staff people are helpful. This location rarely has reduced the flavor selection of Weruva cat food that my cats like. The price has increased the price as well. I end up having to also go to Petsmart because their selection is better.

I understand the freeze made opening difficult for a lot of people, but 2 hours after their opening hours after most of the ice had melted is quite ridiculous.

I love this store. They have a good selection although they tend to be dog centric. Cats deserve more love! There's a lot for cats too but not nearly as big a selection for cats as they have for dogs so I had to subtract one star

I’ve been to several Petcos, but this location stands out solely because of Ashley. She understood the struggles of being a new pet owner, and being overwhelmed by the endless options of food and litter it’s a lot of trial and error and it felt daunting. Ashley was incredible; she was so empathetic and actually listened to my concerns about what my pet would actually tolerate. Even though I was on a strict time crunch this morning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find such genuine, "above and beyond" service. She made a stressful morning so much easier. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my pet needs!
