I took my dog to get groomed this morning at this location for the first time and couldn’t have had a worse customer service experience. My groomer, Allison, couldn’t have been bothered to introduce herself to me and immediately was abrasive with a “ what do you want”. When I mentioned that my previous groomer at another location had notes about my dog’s cut I was given attitude about how she couldn’t possibly decipher what the notes were. She didn’t try to familiarize herself with my dog or ask about his demeanor. He is an anxious dog which she would know if she tried to ask about him. When my dog backed into the corner she didn’t try to back away and continued to try to leash him and my dog did not respond well. Again with attitude telling me she’s “just not getting bit today” so she won’t see him. I completely completely understand not grooming a dog trying to bite. However the rudeness was not appropriate and further she went to the back and began talking about me so loud I could hear her through the door. When brought to the managers attention he was unhelpful and was “sorry that happened”.
