I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’m extremely disappointed with PETCO grooming services. I consistently pay for the deluxe package for my large, long-haired dog, yet she’s only being groomed for about one hour. Anyone with a big dog knows that proper washing, drying, and grooming takes much longer than that. This has now happened more than three times. As a long-time customer, I expected better care and consideration. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust their service or the people who work here.

They vet almost dropped my micro puppy that was under a pound into the table they didn't want to see him when I brought him there because he was 6 weeks old even tho I brought him because I had a concern about him .. they attempted to take his temp but in his ear lol but we all know that's not how it's done and his ears was also to small lol never will bring a pet to them worst experience ever
