Super unhelpful whenever I’ve come into this location. Even to the extent of being too lazy to open the restroom which they were standing 10 ft away from. Customer service from Banfield is wildly lazy.

The online booking won't work. I called. They scheduled me. I came in. They can't find the booking. Super annoying and a waste of time. The ladies were nice about it, but it doesn't change that I took off work and drove out here for no reason.

Used to call or visit when I had a concern. After unnecessarily spending $600+ to treat my pups diarrhea, I avoid them at all costs. I told them my pup has a history of gastroenteritis, I was told no, it's much worse than that. "She's dehydrated", needs to be hospitalized and hooked to an IV overnight", "she will probably need surgery", and "things don't look good for her". That's just some of the bulls**t they spat out.
I rushed to the emergency surgery vet, only for their vet to tell me they don't understand why I was sent there. My pup had a bad case of gas. Like I already told Banfield! I was told she can go home with me and there's no need for my pup to stay over night. All she needed were more probiotics and a RX diet for her gastro problem.
They just want your money, I avoid this Banfield at all costs. I only go back for vaccine updates.
Do not let them fool you, they know a loving dog parent will do anything to help their dog.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
