I booked mobile grooming for my nearly 110 lb dog and was surprised that the groomer who arrived was new with no experience with large dogs. I am 33 weeks pregnant and ended up having to help lift my dog into the van and tub, which was unsafe and should never have been my responsibility. Despite the effort, she was unable to complete his nails, and the company only offered a small 10% discount even though the service wasn’t finished. The groomer herself was kind, but the scheduling and lack of proper equipment put both of us in a bad position. Large dog owners, ask upfront whether they have equipment and experience with dogs over 100 lbs. This was stressful and not what I expected for the price.

Jamila was kind and patient with her and did a wonderful job of making her beautiful and happy.
