  I usually bathe my dog myself, but really wanted to splurge to have it done professionally. I have a five-year-old German Shepherd And had a scheduled bath for him last week. Thegroomer was very kind and sweet with my boy, and I truly appreciate how gently he was handled. That said, I left feeling a bit unsure about the overall service. I may not have asked enough clarifying questions beforehand about what was included, and I also didn’t say anything at pickup because I was working from home and had to jump right back on a call. So that part is on me. However, for nearly $200, I expected him to be fully dry when returned to me and for the “de-shed” service to remove more of his loose undercoat. I still had to finish drying him myself, and there was a noticeable layer of hair continuing to come off of him afterward, which I brushed out myself. Based on my past experiences with groomers, my understanding of a de-shed is that it should significantly reduce that excess shedding. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for that price point, I did expect a more thorough finish. I wanted to share this feedback respectfully, as I value clear communication and would love to better understand what is typically included in the service.

  I love this company. They love me, my family, and my baby Harper 🐾. Excellent prices…. Beautiful attitudes… knowledgeable…. I love each groomer that comes by!

  165 for a small dog cut and bath. Ridiculous. No where is this worth that.

  Customer service is good, they are nice and I won’t deny it. One of the first things they do when you reach out is ask “What matters most to you when it comes to grooming your pup?” My response was regarding his ears and nails. I specifically said his last groomer skipped his nails and that was important to me that they were done. When I got him back, his nails were not done. It seemed the excuse was due to needing to head to the next appointment, then followed by he gave a little trouble. So I’m unsure if the trouble statement was true, or if they realized they shouldn’t have mentioned the next appointment and wanted a better excuse. Nonetheless, the whole reason I made this appointment was for his nails, and the groom wasn’t even needed but I did it for the whole package. The nails weren’t done in the end. I would’ve had other items skipped for a time constraint if need be, but not the thing I said was most important to me. I understand dogs can give trouble, but maybe they need to send groomers off two by two, rather than alone to ensure they include everything in the pricing package. Other than that, they did a good job. Just a shame that the only reason I made the appointment was for the nails, and they didn’t get done. I’d still recommend them, I just personally won’t be back.
