They have been wonderful with my dogs and helped in a couple of urgent care situations. Their prices are reasonable and I love the hours!

My dog died because of them please do not trust them with ur pets life ! It took them over 2 weeks to tell me my dog has cancer i called everyday asking for the results and pain medications they had no sympathy. They made me wait in rooms for hours drew blood from my dog multiple times because of mistakes they made and it was torture for him. They charged me an insane amount of money but i did it because i would do anything for my dog but i didnt know he was in wrong hands. after 16 days they said he had cancer at that point the cancer spread my dog was in so much pain i had to put him down. I went around and asked multiple vets to look at his file they said results never take that long its usually 3-5 days and they pointed out all the errors that this place has done which caused him to die. My dog would've been here today if i had chose a different vet..

Needed after hours care for our chihuahua.
Very caring, kind staff.
This is a busy office with top veterinarians which I found to be very thorough.
Highly recommend this office for emergency and/or regular care check ups. They also have boarding and grooming which I have not tried but is available.

The worst animal hospital I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately, they are one of the only clinics open late at night and early in the morning (around 7 AM), which is the only reason I had to take my dog there. My dog had been attacked and needed emergency care. They performed surgery and told me he would be okay.
The very next day they had to perform another surgery in the exact same spot. My dog wasn’t improving, and they eventually recommended putting him down. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion, and my dog is now doing just fine.
If they had performed the correct surgery the first time, my dog would not have had to go through so much pain and stress. On top of that, they charged me $2,000 for surgeries that apparently weren’t even done correctly.
In my opinion, they seemed more focused on money than properly caring for animals. I would strongly recommend any other clinic over them.

This place will not be able to care for your animals if they stay overnight. I took my cat, Squirrel, to this emergency vet as my normal vet was closed by the time I needed help. Squirrel was just lethargic and not acting like herself. They sent us home with doxycycline pills. I later learned that most vets do not give cats doxycycline pills. After a few days Squirrel wasn’t acting right, it was like she couldn’t swallow her food. I took her back to this clinic where a different vet told us she was having a seizure but according to the vet in Tyler that later did her endoscopy, she was more likely reacting to pain due to the pill destroying her esophagus. But at the time we didn’t know and trusted these vets. I told them it sounded like her food was just going up and down her throat like she couldn’t swallow and they told me that was unlikely and told us she probably had a blockage and we paid an additional $700 for a barium study where I specifically asked them to check her throat. They did not. The next day we went back up to see her and they said “great news she passed whatever was blocking her intestines” as they had given her laxatives. But not one tech or vet could tell me if she ate, how much she ate, what was clogging her up- nothing. Two vets later we had to have an emergency balloon surgery at Texas A&M where she ultimately passed as her esophagus ruptured during the surgery. This place could have saved her. I know mistakes happen but I asked over and over for them to check her throat and she had almost stayed there a week and no one could tell us anything useful. It’s taken me almost a year to write this as the whole experience was incredibly painful. My not even 2 year old cat starved for almost a month trying to figure this out. I’m mad at the fact they couldn’t even take good enough notes on critical information that could have saved her. If you have an emergency go somewhere else.
