** See below for 2nd visit review ** This visit earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient in managing the check-in process. This made a significant difference because typically we are provided a letter followed by a number to identify our place in line. On this day, there was a very short wait but there wasn’t a long line. The low cost of the vaccinations, the knowledgeable, friendly and skilled staff that displayed genuine care for our fur babies and the clinic's cleanliness and organization were highly commendable. It's evident that the TCAP team takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners. Thank you for offering exceptional service and affordable vaccinations. You've earned our trust, and we’ll gladly recommend your clinic to fellow pet owners. TCAP offers low cost per vaccinations, heartworm prevention meds, dental, spay & neuter services and more. *** 9/12/23 *** The veterinarian was EXTREMELY impolite. He referred to our Yorkie as a monkey. Upon entering the room to administer vaccinations to our 9 week old pups, he was asked to disinfect the dirty unsanitary scale, the loud sigh afterwards was a sign that he was very annoyed. This had to be the worst experience ever! It was difficult to watch the Veterinarian treat everyone else with respect and show concern for their pets. I was in total disbelief and extremely disappointed by the level of service received from the Veterinarian on duty today. If you’re having a bad day, stay at home. If you don’t like someone for whatever reason, get over it and treat everyone with kindness and respect. This most certainly was not the level of service we expected from a TCAP employee. We’re so very disappointed.
