- EGErin GibsonNov 26, 20251.0I tried this location for the first time because it is closer to home than the Mansfield location. Instead of the usual 2 hours, his groom took 5. They cut his face too short, despite notes going back months indicating my preferences. He looks ridiculous and unrecognizable. By the time I picked him up after wasting an entire afternoon waiting, there was no reason to bother saying anything. The groomer was clearly overwhelmed, as she mentioned several times at drop off and pickup how busy they were.
