Grooming service looks nice and clean and the staff grooming two dogs while we were there seemed gentle and good with the dogs.

The website boasts about 10% off with an online order & curbside pickup. Their marketing team upped the ante with a “Black Friday promotion for 20% off site wide”. Good luck placing an order online! Every time I enter the order I get “Ruh-roh” something went wrong…call customer service. They offered to place the order online their end. Nope! Still wouldn’t work! In the meantime, all of my rewards were used. I suggest the marketing department stop running campaigns that the app is unable to handle. This problem has gone on way too long. Also, if you’re a client on their Vetco Vital Care plan, the communication between ordering pet pharmacy products online and getting verification from the “Vetco” team is miserable. Terrible. It’s a great concept but if you can’t execute… don’t offer!
