- SCSophia CamachoOct 8, 20251.0i took my dog here because he kept licking his paw to the point where the bottom was raw the front desk lady was amazing and helpful no complaints there but once we were seen it went downhill from there, the vet tech was extremely! rude she asked me “what exactly do you want us to do about that” umm make sure he’s okay? she kept being rude and not really communicating to us about anything at all when they took my dog back she said she’d be right back (into the room) we were there for about an hour and half before the front desk lady noticed and she said they’d call when it was time to pick him up. once i went to pick him up a different vet tech brought him back and was again being extremely rude to me and my dog i didn’t care too much i already knew the staff was awful but as i was walking too my car i noticed my dogs paw was covered in blood i went back in immediately and the front desk lady told me it was possibly from the vet techs when they were cutting my dogs nails i know my dog doesn’t like his nails being cut i was told they’d call me if they had any issues instead the vet tech just told me my dog was a bad dog (he’s not he’s super sweet and i’m sure he was just nervous) anyways the front desk lady told me the veterinarian went on lunch and if i wanted to speak to her she’d call me, when she called me she quite literally told me it wasn’t their fault and they didn’t do anything to make him bleed. my dogs paw wasn’t even close to bleeding when i brought him in i paid extra for his nails to be cut when i checked if they did they didn’t his nails were still long will never go back to this animal hospital and i do not recommend them to anyone else!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
