  Paul and Adam at the store are amazing. They are patient and knowledgeable, and they are really passionate about what they do and have sincere care to customer. And the fact they are willing to do everything to make customer's experience beyond good is a GEM in current world! They totally turn me into Petrol love, will for sure return !

  Best petco in the area. They make it so easy to get my dogs specialty dog food, even have little perscription cards making check put easy. The staff is the best.

  I have gone to this Petco for years and I cannot recommend this location enough to everyone that I know. Every department is extremely knowledgeable and clearly cares for the animals under their care and the ones that are under mine. The associates that work in fish especially as I just spent over an hour talking to both Claire and another associate regarding starting a tank plus the care needed. They both provided their own recommendations and I know that I will continue to come back to this location even though I live around 30 minutes from this specific location.

  I’ve taken my dog there several times. Yesterday I brought him to his appointment after four weeks, and I was definitely very disappointed with how they handled his grooming. They cut off all his hair, and after a little more than four hours they gave me back a completely shaved dog with a very bad haircut I had a lot of trust in the stylist, but this time it was very disappointing. It honestly felt like if they’re not in the mood, they simply won’t brush your dog and will just shave everything off, leaving your dog almost unrecognizable. Make sure you are very clear about what you want because I didn’t even receive a call to ask, even though I clearly said I didn’t want all his hair cut off. This time the service was very poor zero communication.
