My other boy I pre-warned them would be more difficult as he is easily scared. The vet categorically refused to even try to give him his shots because it would “stress him out” and he “wasn’t sedating him just to give him shots”. We made three separate appointments, each time being a huge waste of time because they wouldn’t even see him. I eventually made an appointment with the Vetco in Frisco, who told me “he wasn’t difficult, just needed a little bit of patience”. I’m now in the process of trying to switch my first boy to the new vet, and lo and behold I can’t even get ahold of these people to request his vaccination records. This whole thing has been a huge waste of time and money and I would not recommend using this facility if you have animals that are not completely calm at all times.
