I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review in my life. I have gone 3 times to this specific petco to do walk-in nail trim, because you cannot schedule this as a standalone service. Each time they say they cannot accommodate it and try again the next day. I went to another location and was done in 15 minutes.

The lady who checked me out was completely rude. Bad day I do t know. But need to have a friendly person who is checking you out especially if that’s the last person you see leaving. I will never go there again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vetco through Petco. In early 2025, I brought my first dog to the Allen location under the clear impression that the initial visit was free, as advertised. Instead, the front desk charged me for a complete package. I was upset but paid the large bill at the time. Recently, after purchasing a new puppy, I received a “free first exam” offer with my delivery order. I scheduled an appointment at the Frisco location, only to receive an unpleasant voicemail from Alec stating the visit would not be free because I had already used one — for a completely different pet. I called back to clarify, explaining that I was never given a free visit previously and had actually been charged. This experience made it clear that Vetco and Petco appear more concerned with money than with the well-being of pets or customer trust. I canceled the appointment and will not be returning. My pets deserve better care and transparency.
