- MNMorgan NagleNov 13, 20255.0We brought our dog, Brutus, in yesterday to see Dr.Link, and we cannot say enough good things about the whole staff there. Our usual vet was closed due to a training, but we needed to get him that day to be seen. They welcomed us in, even if it was just a one time visit, but we had such amazing care there, we decided to switch all together. Brutus is a 13 year old lab, so he has developed health problems. Dr. Link went through everything he could to make sure he was set up for success. He caught things our previous vet didn't, and is treating him amazingly. Dr. Link spent 2 hours with us yesterday going over every little thing, so we could make sure our dog is living his best life at this age. I cannot thank him and the entire staff enough for the compassion and thoroughness they showed us yesterday. We are so thankful for them and the experience we received yesterday.

Scheduled my appointment online a few weeks ago for 3 cats to be seen back to back 10AM, 10:30AM, and 11am. I arrived at 10:01AM, loaded all three of my cats in the office and the secretary had me fill out all handwritten forms (the exact same things I put online). By 10:15AM she calls on a walkie talkie that all 3 cats were there for their appt (which why didn’t someone start sooner but whatever). By 10:27AM I gave up because I heard several people talking in the back but only saw the secretary the whole time and no one cared that I am sitting here waiting with traumatized cats at the vet. I load one cat back into the car and hear the secretary tell them I’m leaving and when I come back for my other two cats magically a different person showed up claiming they were ready for me. I was already done. This is not the relationship I am looking for. The secretary said they were short staffed but only after I had said I was leaving. They clearly don’t need new patients since they are booked up beyond what they let you schedule.
