- JKJoan KicinskiApr 4, 20265.0We had an emergency, a big gash on our dog's side, that needed treatment as soon as possible. We got an appointment, our dog was taken in right away after which all treatment was explained. We picked him up later and took him home with his meds. So far all is well.
- RKraegan kayMar 27, 20261.0this place is actually not a good place they’re not even kind at the front desk and over charge for literally just a visit 250 dollars and i didn’t get any shots it’s actually so dumb you can’t even get your dying dog to be seen unless you have to pay almost 300 dollars genuinely need to get it right.
- AMAnnastazia McElroyMar 12, 20261.0Horrible and AWFUL vet. They did a surgery on my dog, Milo, and were so unprofessional. They sent us home with no medication & didn’t wrap his incision because it was in a “awkward spot”, we brought him home and he immediately started gushing blood. We had to take him back and they kept him overnight. On the way there, the receptionist was rushing us because they were “about to close.” Which is insane considering THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP. We picked him up the next day and had to rush him to the emergency vet and he died. He went septic & his incision was done horribly. The vet that did it rushed the entire procedure and because of that, we lost our baby. Do NOT take your pet here. We took our new baby to get neutered at North West TN Vet and they were very professional and sent us home with medication immediately & informed us of everything.
