He put me at ease about my new kitten, Special. Betty, the other receptionists, and all the techs were wonderful as well. It was a great day!

We transferred from our vet for decades because it felt like more of a business, including the increase in prices. We also love that as good as Greenbrier - Springfield clinic is, they don't spend tons of money on fancy stuff. They're just right for us. We want compassion, competent staff who put our animals above hoity-toity appearances. They've shown us that they always put the animals first. THAT'S our priority, too !!

He sat on the floor with my dog & I for quite a while & talked about the area & answered any questions I could think of about my elderly dog. I felt he genuinely cared about us. My only suggestion would be, the ladies in the front could be A LOT more chatty & personable.
- RRRachelApr 6, 20265.0We have been coming here for several years now and they’ve always been great, but recently we had to make one of the hardest decisions of our lives with our 14 year old Boston and I could not have been more impressed with their team. Everyone was so very thoughtful, considerate, respectful, and most of all compassionate. They also added several little details that we were not expecting but meant so very much to us. They went above and beyond to alleviate our grief and for that I will be forever grateful.
