It took ages for her to process the vaccine data onto the files and then she failed to print out an invoice for one of my dogs. She was on the phone for a long time so I had to wait again. She's sweet but very slow - not good business. 5 stars for the groomers, 1 star for the receptionist.

She didn't shame me for how long Piper's nails were, either!! Bee even gave great advice on a professional to call about the skin problems we've encountered, and have found no help.
