I just want to say that I was amazed at how quickly they delivered the dog booties I ordered when the storm front was moving in. Unfortunately, they did not fit my dog and when I returned them, the customer service could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will continue to shop at Petco!

Einar was absolutely amazing! My son was so excited to pick out an aquarium, and Einar truly made the experience special. He spoke directly with my son, answered all of his questions, and was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to teach him, talk fish, and make him feel important. We had so much fun and learned a lot. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Made a grooming appointment for my 3 dogs way in advance, informed them that 2 were rough collies and after arriving today they said they would only be able to do 1 collie. The man that told us that was very unprofessional, we will not return !
