  My dog is 12 years old needs her cytapoint shot and her arthirits shot (Librela shot). you mus ttake it every 4 weeks . Librela especially as they start limping. I am out of town on Emergency. EMERGENCY my mom fell is 84 in critical condition at Vanderbilt. This so called vet won't make an exception to give 2 shots. I offered vet records can talk to my vet in Florida at home. I explained emergnecy. Techs can give the shots, don't even need to see a vet. They refused to even ASK the vet. I said please ask, please just ask them under circumstances. My dog will be super sick and isn't it enough stress to have a 84 year old with broken ribs, broken scapula and a head injury? They can't make an exception to have a tech give 2 shots that takes 5 minutes? I would NEVER do business with a vet clinic like this that does not care about humans or dogs. The front desk would not even ASK the vet. I said please just ask. Refused. BAD SERVICE .... bad.. go to Nashville anywhere but here.

  I had emergency i am out of town traveling my moms in Vanderbilt 84 yrs old. I am here see here been here 2 weeks she takes cytapoint shots allergies & arthritis shot. Vet refused to even ASK their vet. Its emergency i offered send records over . I am not new patient a tech can give shot in 5 minutes. Dog has get these every 4-6 weeks how csn i do it 8 hours from home . This is horrible vet i would never go here. To recuse to even ask vet ?

  We have had to come in twice in the past few years due to my dog having an ear infection resulting in an ear aural hematoma. They took care of her both times in a very prompt time frame and performed the necessary surgery to heal her ear and get rid of her pain. The staff and the vet are very compassionate and explain things very well and make you feel safe leaving your pet in their care. The price of the surgery was very reasonable compared to other veterinary clinics in our area. I would definitely trust them with my pet and you should as well! Thanks for helping my Nala! ❤️🐕
