My dog was able to have the tumor removed and is now doing very well! Thank you to the entire team at The Animal Care Center for taking such good care of me and Cooper!
- MAMicheal AhlfeldFeb 1, 20261.0Called about 2 weeks ago to get a quote for getting a kitten neutered for our teenage grandson, and was advised that before ACC would do that they would need to get his kitten established as a patient. He made the appointment and took his kitten to get established last Thursday, I believe, and he ended up leaving there with a $493+ charge to our credit card for services that I doubt the costs were explained clearly or understood by a teenager. And to top it all off that cost doesn’t include the cost to neuter, that still has to be done. I was thinking of moving care for our cat to ACC, as it is closer to us than where we currently take him, but that is no longer a consideration. Not an option !!!
