  I have been taking my dog to this daycare facility for over 8 years and have been a faithful customer. Under the new ownership, they increased the price of 20 half days from $300 to now $500 which Is obviously gouging the public. Before that, the previous owner continually raised the price nearly every year. These prices are outrageous, and with no justification. I will no longer be taking my dog to this daycare facility.

  I love Pet Resorts of America. The staff is friendly and attentive, the play yard is viewable from the lobby, and my Poppy is ALWAYS excited to go there. I feel like the staff really do care about my dog. They always pay attention and let me know if they think she isn’t feeling well or if anything has changed about her. They really keep my girl safe!

  We have been boarding our dogs at Pet Resorts for years! We have had large dogs that shared runs and others that had their own run! Pet Resorts has always made our pets stay safe and with “Day Care” also fun!!! The extra friendly and professional staff have allowed us to travel and not be worried about how are pets are being cared for!!!

  On Jan 27 we had to leave our home bc of the ice storm in Tennessee. We tried to stick it out with no heat but it was dangerously cold for us and our pets. As we left to go to a hotel. We needed to board our two cats and Pet Resorts was a light in the dark!! We had never used them and so naturally we were nervous to leave our babies there. But with 2 dogs in the car we couldn’t take all the fur babies to the hotel! Pet Resorts staff were kind and reassuring that our cats would be safe and well taken care of and they were. We called on several times to check on them and got a caring staff member who gave updates about them.when we finally were able to pick them up they were calm and relaxed like they had been on a lovely vacation!! We will most definitely use Pet Resorts in Bellevue, TN again. The staff were awesome 💜❤️💕

  I have been bringing my dogs here for 5 years. They go 4-5 days a week for daycare and I bring them here anytime I am out of town. When I started the cost of daycare was $630 for a 2 dog 20 day package. It is now up to $902 and with the new ownership it is going up again and they are taking away the 2 dog package so I will need to purchase 2 1 dog packages which will be even more for me. I have spent a lot of money at this place. There are no cameras, they don’t have daycare on weekends, and the facility hasn’t been changed at all from what I can see. What am I paying for? Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous boarding À la carte menu. The staff has always been great on both the boarding and daycare side so this 1 star in no way reflects how I feel about them. Once my packages are gone I will be taking my money and dogs elsewhere and I will be telling everyone I know not to bring their dogs here. It’s just not what it used to be.
