- DYDiana Young2 days ago5.0We have been going to Dr. Rohling at Belle Forest Animal hospital since we adopted our senior dog in 2017. Simba was diagnosed with Diabetes when he was just 4. Dr. Rohling’s excellent care and understanding have helped us keep Simba as a vibrant part of our family all these years. The friendly staff at the front desk and the responsiveness of all the staff for appointments, questions, and script renewals has made our experience reassuring even during our pup’s most challenging health phases. We’re so glad to continue care with Dr. R for our new fur baby, too. Highest recommendation for this practice all around.

They felt like family and provided compassionate, trustworthy care throughout his life. Our boy always felt safe and loved, even during shots. - ACAlexandria CainDec 26, 20251.0What a nightmare. I made an appointment and I told the kind lady on the phone that I couldn’t miss work, my lunch lined up with theirs, so I needed to do a drop off. She said that would be fine and encouraged me to come in a day earlier than my original appointment. Then when I got there, an incredibly rude nurse berated me for daring to ask about when to pick up my pet, and kept making terrible comments about how “the doctor is doing you a favor, you should be grateful”??? What a vile person, we left without getting seen because of how terribly she treated us. The same nurse also insisted “the doctor doesn’t work weekends so figure it out or leave”, which literally doesn’t make sense considering my original appointment was set for Saturday?? Either way, I hope that nurse is talked to about how she speaks to people, especially when someone is already clearly in distress and doing the best they can. I’ll be happy to try Belle Forest again once that woman is gone.
