The vet took one look at her and assumed that she was bringing in a sick pet even though they signed up for the special offer and had an appointment. They kept repeating that people do it all the time, which had nothing to do with her. If a free exam is offered online, and you go through the proper channels to make an appointment, why would they try and talk you out of it. Moral of the story is, she will never go to another petco
