Really nice staff and very accommodating. We take our doggies here. Didn’t make us spend the big money even though they could have. Recommended something cheaper first that helped us and the pupper.

My cat Gracie was about dead, She was diagnosed with with feline diabetes . Dr Brogli and staff always took the time to explain what was going on. She is back to her old self after insulin treatment. They saved her life. Feel confidence about taking your pet here.

The staff helped me navigate my aging dog's kidney failure. Everyone was very supportive and explained all of the procedures and treatment options thoroughly. When it came time for euthanasia, by far the hardest thing I've ever done, they were beside me every step of the way. Thank you for helping me thru this very difficult process.

I would not recommend this veterinary office. The vet caring for my sick dog completely overlooked serious changes in his condition with fatal consequences. Would it have saved him had she been more conscientious? I don’t know, but when you get a cheerful message that your dog is doing well only to arrive 2 hours later to pick him up and find his condition grave/terminal clearly there’s an issue with the care he received. I regret ever bringing him to this office. I wish I’d taken him back to the ER, but you expect your regular vet’s office to be able to provide care or else refer you to a higher level facility if needed. Instead, I lost my sweet boy. Edit: Regarding the front office staff, they never seemed overly friendly. I had taken my boy to the ER on Sunday and Monday night he was not improving even though I was giving him all the meds from the ER. I called Brogli Office Tuesday at 0700 and they said if I could be there by 8 they would see him. Apparently they see ‘emergencies’ between 7-8? They kept my dog for the day Tuesday to give meds and IV fluids and I picked him up at the end of the day. I asked the vet/Dr if I needed to come back the same time on Wednesday morning and she said bring him in between 8-9. I arrived with a very sick dog on Wednesday morning at 08:15. Apparently, they expect you to come between 7-8 but the doctor told me I could come between 8-9. I got dirty looks from the front office staff who checked me in. I sat with my VERY sick dog in the waiting room from 08:15 until 09:15 when the tech came out to get him. I felt I was being punished and made to wait even though I had done as I was directed to do. I asked the tech to relay my concern about the lack of urine output and the fact he was completely ‘zonked’. I was very concerned about his mental status. She said, ‘oh it’s just the gabapentin’. He’d had no meds since I picked him up 16 hours ago! My dog was looking much sicker than when I first brought him the day before. Do they even look at the animals? Clearly something else was going on. The new symptoms were completely ignored or simply disregarded and only addressed when another vet took over his care just prior to my arrival to ‘pick him up’ Wednesday afternoon and ONLY then when I pointed out the lack of urine output! The care in my opinion was negligent, bordering on malpractice. How do you give IV fluids for 2 days and ignore the fact there’s been ZERO urine output? Edit: The response from Brogli Clinic does not represent the facts. At no time was referral to a higher level of care mentioned. I was the one who said I would take him back to the ER. When picking up my boy on Wednesday only Dr. Schramm was in attendance. Her concern was his ‘lungs’!!! She wanted to send him home and to bring him back the next morning. I took one look at him and doubted he would survive until the next morning. He looked that bad. I told her I would take him to the ER. It was at this point I questioned her about his urine output. She looked surprised and questioned the techs who told her he’d had no urine output since he arrived for his care on Tuesday morning and I told her he’d had none at home either. I agreed for her to do labs- the results were, among other readings, BUN greater than 130 and a creatinine too high for the machine to give a value. It was at this point Dr S told me Hank could not recover, he’d had no urine output for at least 36 hours and I should consider euthanasia. He was obviously full of toxins. He looked so sick, was suffering and struggling. The memory of how bad he looked gives me nightmares. I trusted you people to take care of him! Dr Pate had left a VM just 2-3 hours prior to all this saying that Hank was ‘fine’. No diarrhea and vomiting! Yay! Unfortunately, his kidneys were failing the entire time he was in her care and she completely missed the signs. I consider this NEGLIGENCE. Did she even look at him? I ASKED to speak to speak to both vets when I picked up Hank’s remains on Friday. Dr Pate still seemed oblivious to her part in the loss of my much loved boy.
