Just moved to this area. Went in to Petsmart for prescription dog food with new RX from my new vet. Was sent to Banfield desk for a "card" in order to buy the food. Fine, no prob., whatever. I proceeded to Banfield desk and the kindest thing I can say about the older woman behind the desk is that she is in desperate need of training. Unsure how this woman is employed in any position working with the public. I was only there for dog food. Hey Banfield - do better. Will not return. UPDATE to response - I did not "contact you with concerns" - I reviewed the store.

I take my fur baby to Banfield for his semi annual care. They make sure to keep him up to date with all of his scheduled preventive care. I can always call them if Mocha is not up to his playful best and they seem to always know what to have me do for getting him back in tip top shape.

I specifically asked them to NOT give my elderly dog any shots or vaccines. They completely ignored my requests . Her liver was shot the next day . She died later . Needless to say I really don’t like this place.

Want a review? Ok. Its been years since I've been to banfield no idea why you're sending me links to review, but here we go. My pit, who had passed 3 years ago, had gone to banfield for years. The vet who had been his most of his life left. No big deal it happens. One day he couldn't walk was having labored breathing and had been retaining water. I took him to banfield first thing in the morning. 10 HOURS LATER. They finally did his examination, incorrectly diagnosed him and told me he needed to be taken to the emergency vet because they could not treat him. My dog sat there in pain, in distress, while in a stressful place for 10+ hours. I took him to Animal Medical Center. They diagnosed him quickly, got him treated and he was allowed to come home after 24hr observation. I would not, for any reason, ever recommend anyone to go to banfield for their pets care.
