Dr. DeMartin and her staff were absolutely amazing! Our dog, Gia, got sick while we were traveling and it turned out she may have gotten into poison, so she ended up having to be put to sleep. We were so fortunate to have taken her to Dr. DeMartin for this, as she was so kind and loving to Gia. It made the whole process so much easier. Thank you so much!

I took my puppy in for a vet visit because we had just got him and he seemed a little ill and had worms. Lady at reception desk was kind but we waited for a while just to go back. Once we get in there they just start talking money money money. Then continue to say my puppy has parvo virus and he was going to die. They tested for it and it came back negative and they still continued to tell me that my dog was sick. They did the test again and it still came back negative and they still continued to tell me my dog was sick and going to die. He had worms and he was tiny. Very lethargic and tired because he was young. They kept trying to put us in this money trap by doing more test and stuff but we knew what was wrong with my dog and just wanted to make sure that we was correct so we went to the vet. We ended up leaving paying about $300 just from them adding random crap and doing nothing but telling me my dog was going to die. They asked the following week to keep my dog to watch how he was acting and we did not feel comfortable doing that because we did not know what they would do to our dog. I should be able to at least slightly trust the vet but in this case I had no trust. So my dog did not go and we basically said screw you. A year and a half later my dog that was supposedly supposed to die is living great and running around playful as can be. So overall don’t go to this place unless you wanna be lied to and broke after you leave.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
