  We took our new baby there to get an emergency spay and they did a fantastic job with her! She hasn't fully healed yet and there seems to be some swelling but I'm assuming that's normal for a wound.

  If I could give zero stars I would! I called this office early this morning when my dog was experiencing a medical emergency. When the female picked up the phone, I asked her if they accepted emergency situations she paused for a whole 10 seconds and then responded “sure” I was so confused?? Very unprofessional from the beginning. If someone is calling you about their beloved pet having an emergency why would you act so careless and nonchalant? I continued the conversation desperate to get her in somewhere to be evaluated. She took my info and asked if I could get my pup up there soon. I informed her I had a mandatory situation I had to attend to but that I could have a family member up pick my dog up from Jeff city and bring her up there. She said okay and the conversation ended. My family member came all the way from Morristown to Jeff city and pick up my dog and brought her to this office. The same female was extremely RUDE in person and refused to see my dog, telling him he didn’t bring her in fast enough and she doesn’t have any info on my dog, even though we had a full conversation on what was going on. He planned to say during the visit so they could examine my baby as well as offered to put a down payment and she still denied services or to help my sick dog that was standing right in front of her. My family member attempted to call me to figure out why this female was adamantly rude and acting clueless about our situation. He informed her he probably wouldn’t be able to get ahold of me because I was in the middle of an important meeting and could not access my phone. She said “that’s your problem” and he had to leave with my dog still in pain. She almost cost my dog her life and could care less. I do not recommend taking your fur baby to this place if you actually care about them, because they sure don’t. And if the actual vet does I would never know.. I couldn’t get through the door because of the receptionists disgusting attitude. They should highly consider replacing her if they want a good name for their business. She is the first point of contact and face of that establishment and it leaves a terrible taste in one’s mouth.

  wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, everyone on the staff treats your pets as their own. very caring and understanding. it's a little over an hour drive to get there but we'll worth the trip to get the needed care for my fur baby family because they deserve the best 👌 👍

  This is where we pick up my dog's medication! It's very convenient to get the meds my dogs need to live a good life!

  The staff was kind and friendly they were so good to our 18 year old dog Jake he had to be euthanized and they were amazing we had a private room and was able to take as much time as we wanted with him.
