Went to have my dogs nails trimmed and they made two of them bleed, so won't be getting it done at Appalachian anymore

It is amazing what I have seen over the years through this vet and staff. I recommend them 100% with the care that they give each animal and would not go anywhere else. They have become family to me.

I would give zero stars but it won't let me I brought my animal in because she was sick they tested her for parvo twice and both came back negative I was standing there when the nurse told the doctor that both tests came back negative the doctor proceeded to try and treat her for it anyway and the treatment killed her my lawyer is suggesting that I file medical malpractice lawsuit as well as fraud because they are trying to bill me for the same thing multiple times by just wording a little bit differently I have proof of this because of a neck cropsey I had to pay for because I have other animals and to make sure that a highly contagious issue like parvo doesn't get spread through my house I had to have it checked turns out she had eaten a piece of glass she dug up in my backyard that we didn't know was there from someone that lived here previously do not take an animal here unless you are taking it there to be buried the doctor is lazy worthless and refuses to listen even when the test results say it's not what he thinks it is he will treat what he thinks it is anyway and in this case killed my animal because of it

What a ripoff! I asked for a wellness cert on a kitten. The vet looked at him, listened to his heart and charged me $200. I’m now having to treat him for parasites, eye infection (his eyes were a little goopy when I picked him up) as well as treat my other kittens whom he infected. Fortunately I don’t live in the area. If I did, I’d drive out of my way to avoid this hack!
