    Extremely disappointed with the grooming department. I am caring for a dog with health issues (a tumor that keeps him from having control of his bathroom fluids) that I know may be too much for a simple grooming service to tend to; which is why when I did the pre check-in, I went into detail about his condition multiple times. When they called me to confirm, I spoke with the grooming department and reiterated the issues to make sure it was something they could accommodate and they said they saw the notes in the pre check-in and that they would see us for the appointment. When I got to the appointment, I checked in and once again reiterated the condition. They said they would tend to him right away and took him back. 20 minutes after dropping him off, I received a call that they could not service the dog because of his health issues and that I would need to come get him. I understand not being able to cater to some conditions, but they had 3+ times to tell me they could not service him due to that. Response to Owner: Completely understand the safety of the pet, which is why during the pre check-in, when it asked if the animal had any medical conditions, I went into detail about his condition. I received a call afterwords from the grooming department to confirm his appointment, I then explained over the phone his condition once again. If you refer any elderly pets or pets on medication for specific disorders to be groomed with their veterinarian then I should've been referred directly after filling out the pre check-in or when I received a call for confirmation of the appointment and once again explained the situation. Not 20 minutes after the pet has been received into your care.
