- KWKelada WareJan 5, 20262.0I made an appointment for my 3 year old pug at the East Memphis PetVax location on Dec. 23, 2025 for Jan. 3rd at 10:30am. After booking the appointment online, PetVax immediately sent a conformation email validating the appointment. They also sent a reminder email the day before which further solidified the Jan. 3rd appointment. On the morning of the appointment, we arrived 15 minutes early to check in, but to my surprise, the young lady at the front desk stated that she did not see us in the bookings for today. I quickly showed her the two emails I received prior to the appointment, but that didn't matter because in their system, it's like I never made the appointment at all. The reception was able to squeeze us in so that my pug could be seen which was fine with me. The vet and the rest of the staff were great and took real good care of my baby, however, the frustrating part was going through the trouble of making the appointment well in advance, just to get there and be told that we are not on schedule.
