I called for antibiotics this morning because my cat (a regular patient of theirs and they know her well and just saw her in April) they refused to prescribe her meds and again wanted another 423$ just to look at a cat bite! I NEEDED ANTIBITOTICS NOT A BANK BREAKING BILL!! Kelley said 3x the doctor would be in contact with me and I waited around ALL DAY LONG and never heard back! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR PATIENTS! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE INSANELY OVER PRICED!! A perfect example of a HEARTLESS, SOULLESS, CORPORATE OWNED VET!!!! I am appalled!! Take your pets to UTOPIA! They are charging me 71$ to see my baby and 35$ for antibiotics!!! NOW THAT IS FAIR AND A VET WHO CARES!!! I have called 4 times this evening to get the medical records transferred to Utopia and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and then kept looping me back to the main menu over and over and over!!! THEY ARE JUST CONTINUOUSLY PROVING ME RIGHT!!!! I am absolutely disgusted by how these people operate!!! They need to be shut down!! I AM REPORTING THIS NEGLECT!!
