So I took her home got the mat out check rhe rest of her body and got some more out that was found. I went over her whole body! Rebook her for the next day. When I took her in the groomer went over her body found 1 mat!!!!! They had my puppy almost 6 hours. When I went to pick her up they darn near shaved her down like a grayhound! Instead of someone calling me they decided they was going to charge me $10 to demat and another $28 to demat again!! Thats almost $40!!!!! I will never use petco again! If I could give negative stars it would be a negative 5!!!!! If you dont hire train professionals only people who like to skin animals then you will always get negative reviews. Im still upset she doesn’t even look like a golden doodle she looks like a grayhound! Im still so very upset that no one called me to discuss her cut she is 5 months she wasn’t supposed to get a full adult cut. And she wasn’t matted to the point of where they need led to cut her so low the way they did!!!! Get some new workers. Dani is lazy she didnt want to cut her they first day and when I go back the next day I find out Dani is the one who cut her!
- BMBrandi MurffJul 1, 20251.0I dropped my 2 dogs off for an 11am appointment time. I called at 4pm, 5 hours later, and they had just finished being bathed. I was unable to pick them up until 15 minutes to closing. Over 7 hours after drop off I picked up my puppies with butchered hair cuts, paw pads not shaved, and no customary perfume. I drove to Memphis from outside of Jackson MS and this service was horrible!
