- RRRafael ReyesJan 1, 20261.0I visited this petco looking for mystery snails. I have to admit the tanks look very clean. But it would help them to do a little research on how they mix up their fish. The service was okish, it didnt take long for someone to ask if i needed any help. The gentleman that helped get the snails started tossing the small containers holding the different colored snails separately until he came up on the color I wanted. As he pulls them out the shells didn't look so healthy. And he started just tossing them individually to another container before putting them in a bag. Now I just hope they're still alive and I have no cracked shells. I would have just walked out and not baught anything but I had to make it worth the drive since southaven and olive branch petco dont carry mystery snails.

My little Chip Carter Gaines left there looking and smelling as good as the real Chip Gaines. He discussed throughly what he was going to do in his grooming when I arrived and that is just what he did. He took great care of the love of my life.

Regardless of time, day of the week, number of customers in line or in store, only one register. I totally understand that certain employees do certain things, but as I stand in line with a bunch of other customers, I see workers actively filling online orders. 🤷🏼♀️ Again, super nice folks. Knowledgeable. Helpful. But, like, maddening. One time when I was in line waiting, a guy came in the front and just yelled “WHERE’S THE CRICKETS???” No reason to share this except it was funny. Thank you!

I called them and told them that I had cancelled it and a representative named Sweta stated that they couldn’t cancel the order until after it ships. Please beware of signing up for repeated delivery. They don’t want to cancel it and will not refund your money. Don’t use it! Customer Service is no help!
