Unless you have an arm and a leg to spare i do not reccomend. Dont even call because they are rude. i called because my dog looks to be having a stroke, when i told the young lady i do not have 1,000$ to pay right now. she then told me she wasnt finished speaking, and that my dog needed to be seen. (obviously i know that)

Had to put my fur baby down today. I’m very appreciative of the staff and everything they did in her treatment. It is emergency services so you should expect it to be on the expensive side but they provide quality healthcare for your pet. If money is an issue be upfront about it because they will work with you and offer alternative treatment options.

It has been a few years since this place let my cat die and yea I am still PISSED!! I will continually leave bad reviews warning people not to bring their animals here. I see more people have had my same experience in those years so yall still let animals die and still treat them like nothing but dollar signs. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! These people shouldn't be open or allowed anywhere near animals. I am flat out amazed they are still in business.

We recently lost our young dog to a car accident and brought him straight here. The staff was compassionate and helpful throughout the whole process. As hard as our situation was, they kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and gave our pet immediate care and attention.

Incredible staff! Had to bring my 5.5mo puppy in for foreign body ingestion and ended up having to leave her there for over 24hrs for monitoring and repeat x-rays, though thankfully she didn't need surgery. Every staff member I spoke to or saw was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with both myself and every other person that came in. We arrived around 7:15am and the waiting room wasn't busy, though I know they had other patients already in the back and were taking some patients in through the back door. They took info about my puppy when checking in and made sure she was stable, and someone came out to get more info shortly after we sat down. We did wait about 1.5hrs before they took my puppy back for an exam, and I waited about an additional 1hr before I left with a treatment plan in place, but that's honestly less time than I expected to wait! That's just the nature of triage medicine, especially on a weekend at one of the only 24/7 emergency clinics in Memphis. By 8am the waiting room was pretty busy. My puppy, thankfully, was not in critical condition and we were happy to let more urgent cases be seen first. While my puppy was hospitalized, I was encouraged to call as often as I wanted for updates on her. Every time I called, no matter who answered they were always very kind and either immediately knew how she was or were able to check in with someone who did and quickly get back to me. A few times I was transferred to the vet overseeing her for an "official" update. The vets themselves were all very easy to talk to, explained things thoroughly and made sure I knew what the options were and why they were recommending a certain course of action. I would like to especially thank Dr. Cantrell, who called me herself twice with updates and spoke with me directly when I called to touch base. I unfortunately did not get any of the tech's names, but again everyone who helped us was wonderful. I was sent home with very clear discharge instructions, and the final bill was less than the low end quote I was given on intake (thankfully I have pet insurance and should be reimbursed 90% - if your pet is not insured, please look into it. I would not have been able to afford an overnight hospitalization and if my puppy had needed surgery, it would've been even more expensive). Hopefully you will never have to bring your pet here, but if you do, know that you are in good hands.
