The doctors and the nurses that spent time and talk to us about our options, helped us decide what we were going to do with our sweet boy Odin. He has parvo they were very kind and understanding also helped me with my limited means

I went to the AEC last night for my pup who tore her ACL. The staff there was so nice and very understanding. No matter who they talked to or what type of situation a patient was in for they treated everyone so kindly. Some people had been there a long time and the staff was so understanding about client’s frustrations and remained polite all through out. I had never been here before but I felt great knowing my pup was in good hands!

The staff here helped us this morning through a very catastrophic health issue and difficult decision. Sadly, it was decided that the best thing for our labrador retriever was to let her go. They could have pushed for expensive treatments and more tests, but as soon as the vet saw the amount of fluid on her heart and The crazy blood work that came back, he was able to gently guide me to what I know is the best decision for our sweet girl. Despite having a full waiting room, they gave us the exam room so that we had plenty of time to say our goodbyes and waited for us to ring for them to let them know when we were ready. I obviously hope that I never have to use their services again, but if I do, I know that I will trust them to do what’s best for my pet.

I had to bring my cat in for lethargy and appetite problems. Dr. Jacob Dix was incredibly kind and professional and did what he could to make sure my cat was taken care of. The techs were very sweet and you can tell they really care about animals. The services were expensive and there was a wait, no doubt. But they did send over my files to my main vet for future reference, which will be helpful to avoid future charges. My cat is feeling better today, and I am very thankful to the AEC team.

It was the most unhappy and expensive experience in my life, our puppy had tested for parvon,he was so weak,so they took him back to the room and came back, with some redicilous quotes for his hospital and treatment,it was too pricey..So then they asked us, what did we want to do..me and my husband talked it over...so we decided to pay for the visit, and when we told the doctor, our decision, she yelled and told us,that she would send the shelter people to our home in the morning, for a welfare check, cause we was going to get a different opinion for our love one,the doctor there, just wanted more money, than helping our pet,,so we ended up paying for the visit and putting him down, I didn't want to put him down,I still knew it was hope for him,but she threatened us with people coming to our home, and it was more people there, with the same issues, I felt she was racist toward us,cause we was the only one, that was of color,I'll never go back there again..
