  They dont follow regular banfield policy here. If you have refills on file, your supposed to be able to refill at any location. No banfield but this one has ever had a problem doing this, its one of the reasons listed as a perk with being with banfield- connected the hundreds of other vet clinics, your pets medical records can be accessed at any location. Instead they want you to come in and be seen by one of their locations vets because they arent connected? Just another way to charge you more money. Banfield is so inconsistent and the staff constantly changes and it seems everyone has their own rule

  Roscoe was seen for 2 days of bloody diarrhea. I was able to get an appointment the next afternoon. He was tested for rhe cause and started a treatment regimen the same day. I was very pleased with the care and attention he received.

  Took my newly adopted pup in to see our favorite vet Dr Newton and after 4 hours they let me know that they couldn’t do anything to him because we didn’t provide shot records from the adoption place we got him from. I had called to check on my pup at 12:24 and nothing was said about shot records at this time. I asked when I dropped off if they needed them and they said they would let me know if they did. I asked to speak to the office manager in which she was too busy dealing with other people and “home stuff” to talk to me. Every time I go do a drop off it’s at least 30 minutes before they come and get any of my animals. The wait to pick up is the same. Always new staff or the staff hasn’t been there very long. Big turnover. Wonder why??? This place has been going down. I wish we had Dr Newton somewhere else. He’s so good but the front people are just not up to par. I pay a lot of money for my fur babies and to be treated like today was unacceptable. How can we get this particular Banfield back on track. There has been a HUGE difference the last few years. Maybe a NEW office manager? One that knows how to train her staff and have some compassion for other people’s time and their pets.

  Zero parking here because all the employees from Five Guys and the Banfield Pet Hospital park in the parking lot out front, instead of the parking area behind the building that was literally built for them...
