- BHBrianna HammerApr 18, 20261.0It is very hard to wrangle both of my dogs at one time. However when I arrived the vetco sent a text to me at my appointment time that it was canceled. I waited in the parking lot before they opened and was trying to figure out where to go for vetco and the person at cash register let me know they couldn't make it in today due to short staff. First they need better understanding and signs to state where they are located in the store. Secondly they need to do better about appointment management and to plan ahead. It was very frustrating to say the least.

Our sweet little submissive Shi-poo was tortured by this vet tech who poked her 5 times trying to get blood For a heart worm test-And claimed our Hazel was jerking away. I was watching. She didn’t know what she was doing. She has a hematoma because of it and she NEVER got the four drops of blood she needed. I ended up sobbing and had to have my husband come watch. DO NOT GO THERE!
