  Very nice place for outside the box pets. Frogs, tarantulas, fish, snakes etc...a lot of food and snack prices are high but thats a corporate deal no reflection on the store. Helpful staff and decent inventory of all the essentials for the exotic pets..including food. Overall nice place..only hit is some of the prices but that's the life of a pet owner.

  Be aware You will falsely get accused of Shoplifting The Manager will follow you all over the store And then has the Nerve to say it will give you something to laugh about later There was nothing funny about being accused of something you didn't do and followed us out of the Store And called the Cops Almost had to go to the Emergency Room to get my blood pressure down cause of the Manager after falsely accusing me said oh I'm glad cause we like our Honest Customers Never even Apologized She got in her Vehicle and left her Employee there at 11 o'clock at night

  Iv been shopping here for 16 years, I have always been disappointed with the store not having what I need. Sometimes no cat litter, hills science diet canned food, not a good selection of fancy feast cat food. I started going to PetSmart and they are always fully stocked with everything and a wide selection of choices.

  I hate to leave a bad review but I want to alert other dog parents to our experience. We have used the same groomer here for years and have been satisfied until the last two groomings. First, our older dog came home from a grooming with multiple moles nicked. This was awful for our dog who had to wear a cone for weeks afterwards. When we went back, I mentioned this to our groomer to make her aware, thinking maybe it was our fault for not showing her the moles in the first place. This time she did not nick his moles; however, both our dogs came home with nicks on their necks. We tried to treat these at home with collars but we were going out of town and ended up having to take them both to the vet for steroids and antibiotics after the nicks became hotspots. Needless to say this was very expensive and traumatic for our dogs, one of whom is elderly. So we had to find a new groomer who costs us more but maybe has more time to be careful. We just can't justify allowing someone to harm our dogs even if they didn't mean to.
