We had two kittens for shots and the girl told us when we arrived that the two kittens had to be in separate crates. I said "For a shot?" She said, "Yes." So, we left. I'm mostly irritated that this wasn't told to us before we came. And nobody trying to buy a overpriced pet crate from Petco. Do better about how you set up appointments. This was on you.

Disorganized. The Vet's do not always grade your animals health correctly. The receptionist/ assistant doesn't tell prices of vaccinations unless you ask. I'm on a budget I have to plan large expenses.
