Absolutely incredible team, welcoming environment. Office, reception and even the outside was immaculate, no dust or hair anywhere! I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me stuff, I actually felt like they all truly cared about my senior dog. Dr Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't thank you guys enough!

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the Cumberland Animal Hospital and Veterinary clinic! I took my anxious 13 year old Shih tzu Chewy to see Dr. Cindy; she and the team from front desk check in/out to the vet tech was so very kind and patient with him. I needed his nails done and expressed concern that he might bite but when he came out with his nails done in a flash, they were all smiling saying he was a gentleman! This is a credit to the professionalism and love these people truly feel for their work. I had a lengthy list of treatments my elder dog needed including a vaccine, teeth cleaning and bloodwork which I couldn’t afford all at once. No worries! They broke it down for me over 3 appointments and I now have a groomer who will work with Chewy to try not to have to sedate him! Also, they have his prescription food in stock. I am so impressed and feel such gratitude for this place, I will never go anywhere else! 💖💖💖

They are more concerned with how much they can bill you for than actually taking care of your babies. I brought my kitten in to the tune of $241 and told them he had swallowed something that got stuck. They treated him for a respiratory infection and on the follow up call when I explained again what his symptoms were they agreed there was probably something stuck in his tiny throat and wanted me to immediately bring him back for another $418. When I called them crying and said I couldn't afford that after paying $241 just 2 days prior, she said ok well good luck let us know if you change your mind. I said if they'd just checked his throat the first time we wouldn't be here right now with my kitten starving slowly to death. She said mmhmm have a good day. Unbelievable!!!!

EDIT: I received a call, the issue was discussed. The problem I had was solved to my satisfaction. Super nice folks.
Nice enough people, the facility was clean and spacious.
I made an appointment and they were quick to get my little cat in. So that saved me the emergency fee, as my cat went from being normal to lethargic pretty quickly. Of that I am appreciative.
I asked the receptionist what fees would be associated and she kindly answered. I was told the costs of both in-house and external LAB tests as well.
Long and short of this. The bill was double what was expected. Well beyond the exam and lab tests and updating vaccines. The vet couldn’t put a finger on why my cat was feeling bad.
About 27 hours later, my cat starts having respiratory issues. It’s the middle of the night, so I go to Blue Pearl animal hospital in Nashville. They were amazing. Compassionate, upfront on pricing and asked for approval before doing anything costly. The prognosis wasn’t good, heart issues and fluid in the lungs. They will be my go to vet with my other animals. They even refunded me for a catheter that didn’t end up being needed.
My little fur buddy crossed the rainbow bridge.
I’m not blaming Cumberland for the death of my cat. I’m questioning their skill level, as how do you not notice heart issues and fluid in the lungs?! They do all these test and charge me $800 for it. Only to have to return to a vet and end up euthanizing my little friend. I also question their billing methods. I feel like I was just a human wallet, upset about my cat, and they took advantage of that with their fees.
I’d question the level of knowledge and care they provide and they should be upfront with their customers about costs.
