  I want to share my experience to help other pet owners make informed decisions. I was quoted $500 for the documentation required to travel internationally with my dog. After doing some research, I found that the same type of health certificate costs around $65 in Florida and about $145 in Chattanooga. I was also able to find a nearby veterinarian who completed the process for $88. I understand that this is a business, and professionals should be compensated for their time and expertise. However, pricing should remain reasonable and fair. In some cases, it feels like prices are set in a way that takes advantage of families who are simply trying to stay together with their pets. In my case, my dog is a service animal and needs to travel with me. It is concerning to see a cost for documentation that is significantly higher than what an airline charges to transport a pet, especially when it involves issuing a certificate confirming the animal is in good health. I encourage transparency and fairness so that pet owners are not put in difficult situations during already stressful processes.

  I had a really great experience here during a stressful situation. My dog Stella ate an entire container of grapes while I was at the gym, and I called about 20 minutes before they were closing. The staff told me to come right in and even gathered information over the phone while I was driving there. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, they were already outside waiting and helped get Stella from the car immediately. They induced vomiting right away and took great care of her. Thankfully she is feeling much better now! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they never once made me feel bad for arriving so close to closing time. In fact, they stayed about 15 minutes after close to make sure Stella was taken care of. The price was also very reasonable for what was essentially an urgent care visit. I’m so grateful for how quickly and kindly they helped us. I highly recommend them!

  I took my cat their first time I got to tell you guys price was very affordable for first visit they were amazing with my kitty they gave me confidence to go to the vet again in my kitty loves it amazingly
