  Tropical Fish-Used to be a great department. Last two times I've shopped there, dead fish, fish with fin rot and waited literally 20 minutes each time to have some fish caught only to be ignored. Im done with this store.

  The staff are not knowledgeable on the fish. They have steered me wrong everytime and I’ve wasted so much money taking their advice

  When I came home, I realized he was shaking his head constantly, and after further inspection, I realized they shaved his ear down so close it actually made him bleed! I will not be bringing him back to them. They also said he only had one or two small mats and yet they shaved him all the way down to skin level and I showed them the length that I wanted!

  After having one of the worst experiences we had at that “other pet store“- What a wonderful experience we had upon entering this Petco. Calm (not loud) music, helpful assistance, quality products that were easy to find and a great deal on what we came in for. Thank you😊
